Rearrange PDF Pages — Drag to Reorder in Your Browser

Shuffle the order of pages in a PDF with a drag. WT-PDF shows every page as a thumbnail in the sidebar — grab a page, drop it where you want it. Delete pages, insert blank ones, or type a range and remove several at once.

Entirely in your browser. Nothing uploads.

Open the editor

How it works

  1. Open wt-pdf.com and drop in the PDF.
  2. In the left sidebar, drag any page thumbnail up or down to reposition it.
  3. Shift-click thumbnails to select a range, then drag the group, or type a range (e.g., 4-6) to delete.
  4. Click + Page to insert a blank page after the current one.
  5. Download — the new page order is saved into the PDF.

What gets preserved when you reorder

Text, images, fonts, annotations, form fields, and bookmarks on each page are preserved exactly. Cross-page links are updated automatically so internal navigation still works.

Delete multiple pages at once

Type a range in the Delete box — 1-3, 5, 8 deletes pages 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8. Shift-click the checkmark circles on thumbnails for a visual range select.

Insert blank pages

Click + Page in the sidebar header to insert a new blank page after the current one, sized to match its neighbor.
