Edit a PDF Online — Text, Fonts, Images, Pages

Most "PDF editors" just let you add text boxes on top of the original. WT-PDF edits the actual PDF content stream — so fixing a typo modifies the real text, and replacing an image replaces the real image.

All browser-based. No signup. Nothing uploaded.

Open the editor

How it works

  1. Open wt-pdf.com and drop in your PDF.
  2. Double-click any word to edit it inline. Change text, font, or size.
  3. Switch to the Text tool to add new text anywhere on the page.
  4. Use Image tool to add/replace images; Shapes for rectangles, circles, arrows; Pen for freehand.
  5. Download — changes are baked into the final PDF.

Text editing that actually edits text

WT-PDF parses the content stream and rewrites the original operators. That's why find & replace works across all pages and why redaction is truly permanent.

What can't be edited

PDFs that use custom font CMaps (certain CJK or specialty fonts) can't be source-edited. For those, use overlay text instead.

FAQ

Does it work on scanned PDFs?

Scanned PDFs are images, so there's no text to edit. You can still add text overlays and images over the scan.

Can I change the font of a single word?

Yes — double-click, change the font in the dropdown, and accept.

Can text be longer than the original?

It can, but PDFs don't reflow — longer text will overflow the line.
